OUTLINE

 FEED IT

Content Warning: Sexual Themes & Strong Violence

Colin sits alone at night as he waits for his bi weekly discreet meet up with a male uni student, in which they drive to Colin’s secure spot outside a near forest for discreet sex. Colin always makes sure to take off his wedding ring beforehand. After the meet, Colin soon realises that the young uni student perhaps knows more about him than he desires, spiraling him into a state of paranoia and urgency. In order to stop this from ever getting out he knows what he has to do - he needs to feed him to the forest.

Colin creeps home and crawls into bed next to his wife Siobhan, unaware of his late-night antics. That night Colin is tormented by visions of the malignant entity that lives within the darkness of the forest, accompanied by the disfigured and bloodied bodies of dead boys, repeating how he needs to feed the student to the forest, chanting how it’s that time again, time the beast needs to feed.

Colin wakes up in a frantic panic, aware of what he needs to do next to ensure no one will ever know of his homoerotic lust. The longer he ignores the entity the more aggressive it becomes, warping Colin’s reality causing hallucinogenic paranoia. He knows the only way to stop this is to feed the student to the forest. As he leaves to meet up with him one final time, Siobhan begins to follow, fully aware her husband has been acting out of sorts for a while now.

One final meet up at the forest where Colin drugs the uni student and drags him into the trees where the entity snarls and drags him into the darkness killing him. Unknown to Colin, Siobhan was there witnessing it the whole time, exposing him of his affairs and of the entity that controls him. It’s then when Colin realises, is his forced to become the true person he was suppressing, or does he need Siobhan to the forest and carry on this untruthful life he’s already living?
